COZY. SOUTHERN. Delightful .
Our bakery stands for comfort, culture, and community.
Rooted in Southern tradition, we create southern Cornbread and our mouth watering honey butter from local honey only so that it feels like home while honoring where we come from and why we started. Every recipe is made with care, purpose, and love—supporting a small Black-owned business and helping turn pain into purpose by uplifting sexual abuse survivors and sharing stories of healing, resilience, and hope.
Come see Us at the foothill community market.
We are located at 7325 N. La Cholla Blvd Tucson, AZ 85741
Saturdays & Sundays 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Why we started
Breona Wilson, owner and founder, began baking as an outlet for therapy reasons overcoming being a sexual abuse survivor but it quickly became something much deeper. As a survivor, Breona found healing in the kitchen a space where she could create, find peace, and reclaim joy through her hands and her heritage. Baking became her therapy, her refuge, and eventually her purpose.
Rooted in Southern tradition, Breona’s bakery is more than just food it is a reflection of resilience, comfort, and community.
Breona has chosen to use her voice and platform for good, sharing her story not from a place of pain, but from one of strength, growth, and empowerment through food.
Her impact and mission have not gone unnoticed. Afro Delights has been proudly featured in the Tucson Sentinel Newspaper showing her voice and business are making impact.
